YOTEL은 2025년까지 50개의 호텔을 개장한다는 성장 전략을 발표한 바 있으며, 이 전략의 일환으로 2023년에 세 번째 호텔인 YOTEL Bangkok의 소식을 전했다.
국제적으로 유명한 설계 사무소 Snøhetta가 A49 Architects와 공동으로 설계했고, 태국의 선도적인 부동산 개발업체 Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited(MQDC)가 건설을 맡았다. Cloud 11은 엔터테인먼트 기술이 선보이는 첨단 세계를 아시아의 창조 산업과 연계할 것으로 기대된다. 수많은 가능성을 열어 보일 이 프로젝트는 게이밍, 음악 및 팟캐스트, 영화 및 애니메이션, 디지털과 같은 4개 부문에서 크리에이터들의 허브로 기능할 전망이다.
